Canceling Orders
Since our operation system is designed to deliver your ordered products to you in the fastest way, once order submitted, we start to process your order as soon as we can. When you want to cancel the order, you may check your order status. If still “PENDING”, you go ahead call us to cancel the order. If shipped, we will refund you for the products upon their return to us but not for shipping charges.
